Krav Maga

         Imre lichtenfeld was an Israeli martial artist who founded the Krav Maga self defense system.

                                                       What is Krav Maga ?

Krav Maga meaning close combat is a hand to hand combat system developed in Czechoslovakia Israel in the 1930s, it involves wrestling, grappling, and striking techniques known for their very effective and brutal counter attacks.

                                             Basic principles of Krav Maga

1. Effective Counter Attacking.
2. Targeting the body's most vulnerable points such as Groin, Nose, Throat, Knee, Eyes, to neutralize the opponent.
3. Being aware of your surroundings in order to look for escape routes, attackers, objects around that can be used to defend yourself.

                                            There are three levels of practice :

1. For the Army.    (Attack)
2. For the Police.   (Threat neutralization) 
3. And For the civilians. (defense)

It is practiced/used by all Israeli defense forces, there are many instructors that are teaching Krav Maga in     many parts of the world.

All together it is very effective, and can be learned and practiced by everyone.

Scrumptious Pasta : My recipe

A very simple yet delightful recipe  :)

Yummy Pasta 

We can have a lot of variations here  and add our favorite herbs and other toppings. 

This is a basic recipe, My favorite.

Ingredients

Fusilli Pasta – 2 cup ( you can take any)

Tomatoes -  5

Onions 2

Garlic -2 pods (Big) ( I prefer more)

Tomato Ketchup – 5-6 table-spoon

Dash of Asafoetida

Red Chili - 1/2 tea-spoon

Salt – to taste

Coriander , Theme, parsley, basil or any other herb- 2 table spoon ( chopped)

Green chili- 1 ( seeded and  slit into halves)

Olive oil – 2 table spoon

Method

Heat water with a few drops of oil and a little salt . Add pasta and cook till soft. Remove from heat and drain in a colander. Keep in under cold water for a while so the pasta doesn’t stick .

Keep aside and keep a heavy bottom pan on heat.

Add olive oil and fry  the finely chopped onions, garlic and green chili till golden brown . Add finely chopped tomatoes . Sprinkle Asafoetida.

Let it simmer till a nice red sauce is made. Add salt and ketchup .

Simmer for some more time to make a gorgeous sauce.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and keep it covered on slow heat .

Stir in  fresh chopped herbs like thyme, coriander, basil, parsley  etc

Remove from heat.

Garnish with herb of your choice.

Serve hot.

B-boying or breaking, commonly referred to as breakdancing, is a style of dance that evolved as part of  street culture.It is danced to both hip-hop and other genres of music that are often remixed to prolong the musical breaks,One who practices this style of dance is called a b-boy, b-girl, or breaker.

Freezes are used to emphasize strong beats in the music and often signal the end of a b boy set. Freezes are stylish poses, and the more difficult require the breaker to suspend himself or herself off the ground using upper body strength in poses such as the pike. Freezes can be linked into chains or "freeze ladders" where breakers change positions to the music to display musicality and physical strength.

Suicides like freezes are used to emphasize a strong beat in the music. However unlike freezes, suicides can also signal the end to a routine. Breakers will make it appear that they have lost control and fall onto their backs, stomachs, etc. The more painful the suicide appears, the more impressive it is, but breakers execute them in a way to minimize pain. In contrast to freezes, suicides draw attention to the motion of falling or losing control, while freezes draw attention to a controlled final position.

It has been stated that breaking replaced fighting between street gangs.It Is The Best way of working out.
